• It’s a good idea to buy tickets in advance – they usually sell out days and sometimes weeks in advance. If you’re taking a roundtrip with us, you can select the queue option in the booking form. On the other hand, if you want to go on your own, you can book a queue here. Prices are the same 🙂
• Opening hours: usually 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may change depending on the weather.
• Attention to altitude – people with health problems should consult a doctor before going.
• What if the cable car ride to the summit is canceled due to bad weather? Whether you’re traveling with ole or booking the train on your own, you can claim reimbursement.

Is it necessary to book an ascent to the summit?

Yes! Although the El Teide cable car takes you almost to the top, the last section of the route (the Telesforo Bravo trail leading to the very top) requires a special permit. The number of places is very limited, so it is advisable to plan your visit several weeks in advance.

How to prepare?
