Agreement Between oletenerife.com and the User
Our agreement with you outlines what you can legally expect from us when you purchase a trip or
ticket from us. It applies only to transactions involving a trip purchased in the Canary Islands and sold by the entity specified on our website. Please carefully read these terms before booking to see how they affect your specific trip organized by us.
You are offered services related to tours, activities, attractions, and tickets (referred to as “trips”), provided you accept these booking terms, based on the rates, prices, and conditions displayed on the website at the time of booking.
1. Booking Process
Whether booking individually or in a group, oletenerife.com will only communicate with the main
booker regarding changes, corrections, or cancellations. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and have the legal capacity and authorization to book and use the services from
oletenerife.com. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal information and for
passing any relevant booking information to others in your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your group comply with the supplier’s terms and
health and safety instructions. Any health issues that could prevent participation in a trip must be
reported. Certain trips may have restrictions based on age, health, weight, and/or height. For your
safety, it is important to adhere to these. Group sizes may range from 1 to 150 participants. Make sure the trip is suitable for you and your group and that you’re in good enough health to
participate. oletenerife.com encourages you to verify that you have proper insurance for the trip and additional activities. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some trips may require parental consent. A booking confirmation will be provided in the form of a digital or printed ticket by oletenerife.com. If you do not receive it, please contact us. During the booking process, we will request personal information, such as your name and credit card details. All collected data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

the right to do so at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
4. Canceling Your Booking
If we must cancel due to low bookings or other circumstances, you may receive a refund or an
alternative trip of equivalent or similar standard and price.
5. Major Changes to Your Trip
