What optional tours in Tenerife should you choose to explore the most beautiful corners of the island and return with a suitcase full of memories? On them you will get to know the Teide Volcano, the village of Masca, the beautiful Anaga Mountains, taste local wines, and see La Laguna – a UNESCO-listed town. Below you will find a description of the best Tenerife roundtrips in Polish, which you can book at OleTenerife.
Teide & Masca – highlights in Tenerife
If you’re wondering what to see in Tenerife – this can’t be missing from your list. You will see two of Tenerife’s most important emblems during this Polish-guided tour. The tour departs from Puerto de la Cruz (in the north of Tenerife) and the south (Costa Adeje, Los Gigantes, Playa Paraiso) and takes a full day (about 9 h). The trip is pleasant, by air-conditioned bus, so even high temperatures will not scare us. During the tour you will stop at several viewpoints, and throughout the tour your guide will tell you interesting facts about Tenerife.
There is a stop in the village of Masca, during which we recommend you take a walk and see this legendary place where it is said that pirates once hid their treasures. Beautiful views, amazing greenery and wonderfully preserved Canarian architecture await you there. You should also head to a nearby bar and drink a barraquito (a popular coffee) overlooking tiny Machu Picchu.
You will then head to the heart of Tenerife to see the main highlight, the Teide Volcano. This active stratovolcano is also the highest peak in Spain. Those wishing to do so can take the cable car almost to the very top (3,555 meters above sea level) – if you want to take advantage of this option, please mark this option in the booking form. Others have time to walk around, take photos and have lunch at a restaurant.
The tour program is slightly different, depending on whether you start from the north or south of Tenerife, but in both cases you will see the highlights of Tenerife. This tour is ideal for people of all ages.

Treasures of the North – the northern face of Tenerife
Tenerife is a continent in a nutshell. In such a small area you will see many facets of the island. The Martian dry south and the luscious green north. And it’s on this tour that you’ll discover a completely different side of Tenerife – the evergreen Anaga mountains, the charming town of La Laguna listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, as well as Santa Cruz – the island’s capital and the famous Las Teresitas beach.
This roundtrip tour of Tenerife also takes a full day in Polish. We start from the south of Tenerife (Los Gigantes, Costa Adeje and surrounding areas) and move towards the north. The first stop is the town of Candelaria, where you will visit the famous basilica and the Guanches statues. We will then drive to Santa Cruz and the most famous beach in Tenerife – Las Teresitas, made of sand from the Sahara. The next step, meanwhile, will be a drive through the magical Anaga Mountains to finally reach La Laguna, a UNESCO-listed town.

Round trip with wine tasting and Loro Park
This enjoyable tour allows you to see a large part of Tenerife in one day. First, you’ll drive to see the cliffs of Los Gigantes, one of the largest in Europe. Then you’ll stop at the viewpoint of Garachico, a town built on the ruins after a volcanic eruption in 1909. Near Garachico, you’ll visit Icod de los Vinos, another iconic spot on the Tenerife map. It is here that you will find the Dragon Tree, which is 1,000 years old. Here you will also go for a tasting of wines and local products. The highlight of the trip is a visit to Loro Park, one of the best zoos in the world.

La Gomera – for those who want to discover even more
While you’re in Tenerife, you can take a trip to the neighboring tiny but oh-so-charming island of La Gomera. This is a great opportunity to see how diverse the Canary Islands are. Each one is completely different, even though they are located so close to each other.
You can go on this field trip from both the south of Tenerife and the north (Puerto de la Cruz). To get to La Gomera, you will take a ferry (you need a valid passport or ID card). This in itself is already an interesting experience. Then you will go to the most beautiful places on the island, including Garajonay Park, a beautifully preserved laurel forest. One of the highlights of the trip is lunch at a traditional Canarian restaurant, during which you will see a demonstration of the Silbo whistling language.
The tour is a full day, and you will return to Tenerife around. 18:00.
