Teide & Masca tour from the north of Tenerife
We started our trip in Puerto de la Cruz, although you can go to this attraction by staying overnight in the south of Tenerife as well. The bus will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and you’ll set off for a beautiful experience. The trip is made in a comfortable air-conditioned bus for about 30 people, and the entire tour is supervised by a licensed Polish guide.
The first stop on our trip was the town of Icod de los Vinos. It was here that we were able to admire the Dragon Tree, a 1000-year-old symbol of Tenerife. Then we went to a local winery, where we could taste local delicacies, including cactus liqueur, local wines and banana jam.
The next place we visited was the viewpoint above the town of Garachico, from which we enjoyed beautiful views. This is one of the most beautiful towns in Tenerife. During the trip, the guide told us many interesting facts about Tenerife, customs on the island, culture and history.
Masca village – Tenerife, like Machu Picchu
We arrived at the village of Masca, which many call the Machu Picchu of Tenerife. It is a tiny village located in the Teno mountains. It used to be a refuge for pirates coming to the island. Today it is one of the most popular destinations visited by tourists from all over the world.

Volcano el Teide
From above the clouds proudly looks at everyone Volcan el Teide. Just getting to it provides a lot of excitement and excitement. The road leads through the huge crater of the Volcano, and around it you can admire the volcanic rocks. After visiting two viewpoints, we drove to the lower station of the cable car. Those willing were able to ride it almost to the top (over 3,500 meters above sea level). The rest of us had time for lunch and coffee and to enjoy the views from lower elevations.
Taking the cable car up the Teide volcano is one of those things that is definitely worth doing. Experiencing heights of over 3,500 meters above sea level, a sea of clouds and amazing views is something that stays in the memory for a long time. However, this option cannot be used by people with heart disease or asthma, as well as families with tiny children.

Our trip was slowly coming to an end. We saw beautiful places and learned many interesting facts about Tenerife. We arrived in Puerto de la Cruz around 5:00 pm.
