Upon arrival at the lower station, you will be invited to take the cable car up to an altitude of over 3,000 meters above sea level to watch the incredible views and sunset at one of the viewpoints.

After this amazing experience and going downstairs, enjoying a picnic meal, qualified guides will set up telescopes and you can observe the stars and other objects of the night sky.

You’ll discover planets, galaxies and star clusters you never would have imagined with our professional, state-of-the-art long-range telescopes at your disposal to observe the most interesting night sky objects visible from Teide.

In addition, the guides will provide you with interesting information about the objects you will observe through the telescope.

If you book this astronomical adventure on Teide and enjoy it on the night of the full moon, you will have the opportunity to admire its radiant appearance and marvel at its magnificence: craters, mountain ranges and other lunar wonders.

Attention! This tour involves a 40-minute round-trip walk of medium-low difficulty, so you must be in good physical condition.

If the trail to the Pico Viejo viewpoint will be closed due to ice or snow on the day of your overnight trip to Teide, you can skip the walk to Pico Viejo and still enjoy a beautiful sunset on Teide from La Rambleta.

Those wearing open shoes (sandals), short shorts or short-sleeved clothing will not be allowed to participate in the tour. Appropriate clothing is important, as the activity takes place in cold temperatures.

Please note, the tour does not include transportation from the area of el Medano, Golf del Sur or the area of Los Gigantes if your hotel is in that area you must go to a collection point such as Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje.
