Stargazing through a telescope on Teide – option with dinner and own transport

We will meet at a charming Canarian restaurant where you can enjoy Canarian cuisine and drinks (dinner included)

Next, you will witness a spectacular sunset, and the colors of the sky will delight you as the sun sets behind the horizon, painting the sky with a palette of colors that will take your breath away.

After sunset, we’ll head a little higher, to an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level.

The stars begin to appear, and this is where the real magic begins. Teide National Park is known for its excellent stargazing conditions, as it is located away from sources of light pollution, offering crystal clear views of the night sky. With almost zero light pollution and known as a certified stargazing site, you can see shooting stars like never before.

We will also use powerful lasers to explain some of the amazing constellations, important stars and how to find direction by navigating with the stars. We will also use powerful telescopes to show the Moon’s surface with large craters (only when visible). We will take amazing pictures using your phone through a telescope, so you can see the surface of the moon on your phone screen. You will also see planets when they are visible in the sky, nebulae, star clusters, double stars, and when conditions are right, we can show you the Andromeda galaxy. At certain times of the year, we can also show the Milky Way and take pictures of it with your smartphone.
