Jeep Safari – 4×4 tour in Tenerife

An exciting, adrenaline-filled, 4-hour expedition where you will discover the wild beauty of Tenerife. This unique tour includes a 40-kilometer route through the forest canopy around the Teide volcano, a UNESCO-protected area known for its breathtaking scenery and abundance of wildlife.

Two routes are available during the tour – each giving a different type of experience.

• “Teide “ – a day safari through the rugged volcanic landscapes of Teide National Park. You will see lunar rock formations, pine forests and rocky gorges. The route takes you into the volcanic regions, with stops at viewpoints where you can admire the majestic peak of Teide. Start in the morning.
• “Sunset on Teide “ – the same route, but the beautiful views at sunset above the sea of clouds seen from a height are breathtaking. This is the perfect option for a romantic evening, whether you are traveling for two, with friends or family.

Included in the price of the expedition: guide, fuel and water – making the trip not only exciting, but also comfortable. You also get a choice – drive the jeep yourself or ride as a passenger if you prefer to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Where do we start from?

Jeep tours start in the south of Tenerife, near Costa Adeje, where the main base of the Jeep Safari 4×4 tour is located . You’ll have to get there on your own, but you’ll be reimbursed €10 when you show your cab bill.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a short training session on how to operate the 4×4 jeeps, as well as route and safety information. You will then set off for Teide National Park – depending on the tour option you choose.

During the Tenerife jeep tour, your guide will tell you (English, Spanish, Italian) interesting facts about Tenerife, its history of creation and about the Teide volcano itself. You will see stunning views from Teide National Park to the Tenerife coast.

The tour ends with a return to the starting point in Costa Adeje.
