Diving in Tenerife with a certified instructor

It’s a real adventure, and at the same time a good way to get to know this sport and test your potential.

What is this trip like?

After instruction, during which we will discuss the dive and how we will communicate underwater, you will be immersed in the ocean in full gear, with an experienced dive instructor who will be with you and support you throughout. Your magical underwater adventure will start slowly in waters shallow enough for you to stand. Then, as you move into deeper waters, our instructors will show you all the species that live below the surface of these waters. The best part? You don’t have to worry about anything. Our qualified guides will be with you every step of the way! And you don’t have to bring anything with you – we provide full equipment from reputable brands!

Thus, without any experience, you can feel like a fish in water, enjoying the state of weightlessness. You will feel what it’s like to be able to breathe underwater, to see the underwater world from a different perspective than just on a TV screen. What you see will remain in your memory for a long time – you may encounter stingrays, turtles and other fascinating sea creatures.

The entire tour, including instruction will take about 2h, reserve this time. The dive itself is an immersion for a maximum of 20 minutes, up to a maximum of 12 meters. These are the recommended values for those trying diving for the first time. Your safety is a priority, so we continuously check and ask how your body is reacting – lungs, head, heart, and whether you feel well.

The attraction is also suitable for everyone of all ages, including children who are 10 years of age or older (with the permission of a guardian).

Due to the pressure difference, it is not recommended to make a dive 36h after and before a plane flight – so take this into account when planning your adventure of a lifetime, which will undoubtedly be diving in Tenerife! In addition, it is not recommended to dive 36h before and after a trip to El Teide volcano (or other high peaks). Pregnant women and those with known heart or respiratory diseases or poor health should not dive.

We start at our dive base in Los Cristianos, Arrive 10 min before the scheduled time. You will find the exact address and time on the ticket after placing the order.
