Thanks to the cable car, you’ll quickly ascend to an altitude of 3555 meters above sea level to begin a hike along the Telesforo Bravo trail, which will take you to the volcano’s crater itself. Along the way you’ll see the remnants of the last eruption, black expanses of lava, and at your feet you’ll enjoy a remarkable view of Tenerife and the nearby islands. The pervasive smell of sulfur and the heat of the fumaroles will make you feel like you are on another planet, in the heart of the volcano.

Where do we start from?

For those staying overnight in the Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje and Puerto de la Cruz areas, we provide transportation on all days of the week.
For those staying in the Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraíso area, transportation is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need transportation, be sure to indicate this option on the form when booking your tour and provide us with the name of the hotel where you are staying.

NOTE: For this tour you need a special permit by a government institution, which is granted only a few days after booking. Therefore, you will receive final confirmation of the tour from us after a few days. If you do not receive the permit, we will offer you another date or refund the full amount.
